Makin Cookies

A few weeks ago me and Lincoln made some cookies...they were DELISH...
He couldn't stand waiting for them to bake...and watched them the whole time!

{18 Months}

*He is talking like CRAZY...He'll repeat everything we tell him to say.
*He is OBSESSED with watching sports...mostly basketball. He brings us the remote tells us to turn on Basketball. If there isn't a game on when he's in the mood it's BAD news.
*He loves to get his groove on whenever he hears any music.
* He can put a few words together.
* He LOVES chocolate milk almost as much as me right now.
*He gets sad when people he loves go bye bye. He gets over it quick, it's mostly just the goodbye.
* He goes to Nursery...has been twice already and does great. (He LOVES Emma that's in there with him)
* He makes us laugh everyday
* He's starting to get more and more whiny (which we are hating)
* He makes up songs and sings them to himself while he plays
* He loves watching home videos of himself on the computer. Everytime I open the laptop he says, " I see Gincoln?"
* He LOVES to be chased and tickled
* When I change his stinky diapers he says, " Eeeww, sick...trash!"
* If he has his binki he is a major cuddly boy and I LOVE it. We may never get rid of the binki for this reason. As soon as we put it in he melts.

I could go on and on...It seems like he is learning and doing new things all the time. He is SO fun right now (except when he is whining), and we are entertained by him all the time. We are SO in love with this cute little boy. I'm trying to soak in as much time with him as I can...he just keeps growing up faster and faster. We love you little Gincoln.

Madsen Halloween Party

Wow!! Grama Sue and Grandpa Mike went all out for this years Halloween party. We had SO much fun. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all your time and hard work. It was the BEST Halloween party we've been to...hands down! We love you both so much.

some of the SPOOKY food... I wish I got a pic. of the whole table, cuz there was more cute food goin on!! I missed the mummy dogs, monster mouths, gooey eyeballs, ghost toast, yummy drink with a floating hand...you name it, she had it!!

She had really fun games. Spider toss, brain digging for eyeballs, pin the wart on the witch, coloring, a pumpkin light squirt out, a spooky story, and daddy mummies!!! SO creative, and SO much fun!!

Punkin Patch

Last we got together with some of Lincoln's cousins to go to the punkin patch at The Staheli Farm. They had a fun swing, a slide into corn, and a little petting zoo. We had a lot of fun, and since then Lincoln can't stop saying "punkin patch".

Boy or Girl?!?

WHAT'S IT GONNA BE?!?

{1st Trimester}

I'm already into my 2nd trimester now, but I wanted to write down a few things about the first few months...I know, nobody really cares...this is just for me!

* When I was about 8 weeks we went wake boarding with some friends (probably not the best idea for me)To be honest, I kinda forgot about the fact that I was prego until I was in the water about to go. I was really careful, but after that I started having REALLY bad cramping everyday. I was really nervous I was going to miscarry, but my sister and Dr. said it is completely normal in subsequent pregnancies to have more cramping.

* At my 1st Dr. App. (12 weeks) my Dr. couldn't find the heartbeat for about 5 min...so we headed over to the ultrasound and saw the heartbeat pumping away!!! I fell in love...

* I started noticing my belly changing around 8 weeks!!!! Last time I didn't notice until about 16 weeks...I'm hoping this doesn't mean I'm going to be gigantic!!!!! I already was last time, so I can't imagine myself being any bigger than that, but add a few more stretchmarks to the mix, and anything's possible!

* I felt pretty good for the most part...I think a little better than I felt with Link. I didn't despise food as often as I did with him.

* Had a few days a week where I felt like I wish I would just throw up and maybe I'd feel better...but I NEVER threw up! (I'm sorry, for those of you reading this that get ridiculously sick!)

* SUPER tired though... I was working more than usual (about 48 hrs. a wk.) all summer too, so that definitely didn't help the situation much.

* Not craving much, but I can't seem to get enough chocolate milk! I'm seriously considering doing the gallon challenge with choc. milk, cuz I KNOW I could do it...easy!

Cousins...

Lincoln lovin Jakes new headphones...at 10:45 p.m!!!! 2 hours past his bedtime...why? trying to get rid of the binki!!!

Link and Jayden...when we were looking at this picture, we realized...Lincoln is OFFICIALLY a little boy now. He's definitely not a baby anymore. -mixed feelings about that- good thing there's another one on the way!!

Oops!!!! This pic makes me laugh every time...It looks like doll legs, but they are max's legs.
Max came over the other day to play...when link woke up from his nap, we put Max in with him to play.

I am SO glad we live so close to so many of Lincoln's cousins...all of them on Jakes side of the fam, but unfortunately none of them on my side :( Lincoln has 4 little boy cousins that are less than 10 months apart from him!! He's a lucky boy...
